1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required to process the return.
Please note:
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@jacd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- If the item was damaged due to shipping or arrived defective, please contact us immediately with photos for verification.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@jacd.com before sending your product back.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
